What’s cancellation of the warranty?

The products sold are covered by a guarantee of 12 months. As a result, the customer is not authorized to repair his product himself or have it repaired by a third party without our prior authorization. Any disassembly, skinning or repair of the product by the customer or by a third party causes the immediate cancellation of the guarantee. In case of a quality problem on the product, the customer is asked to contact us as soon as possible for complete and free support instead of trying to solve the problem alone or by a tier.
